Based on the shortstory "The Wind From The Sun" by Arthur C. Clarke.

The Solar Wind is a stream of energized particles, primarily electrons and protons, flowing outward from the sun.
The picture is a beautifuly imagined group of space yachts with their huge solar sails deployed to catch the wind from the sun.
Clarke imagined a race like the America's Cup only with the whole solar system as it's backdrop.
The man did not think small.

No recordi esa imagen. Me encanta totalmente !

Gorgeous! I've never read the story, but... am I wrong to say the shapes presumably trailing behind the spacecraft remind me of parachutes?

YES, or rather a kite. I recommend you to read it. It is a very pleasant short story ^^
